Disloyalty is the breaking of an agreement or trust through betrayal, ingratitude, non-compliance, or dishonesty, which produces a moral and psychological conflict within a relationship between individuals, or between individuals and organizations.
Origin. a) The Distributor operates throughout the national territory through its subDistributors b) selected and trained under these LOYALTY REGULATIONS and proper use of the products. c) The Distributor sells to its subDistributors so they can distribute in their locality or neighborhood, at 70% of the retail price. d) The Distributor officially identified by JAGU & FAM SRL DE CV (the company) has one or more establishments and/or e) may choose to only attend clients by virtue of being a health professional. f) To organize the Distributor–subDistributor relationship, JAGU & FAM SRL DE CV (the company) establishes these regulations:
RULE 1. The company establishes these regulations, and a) grants and authorizes the subDistributor status and inclusion as part of the BIOtiquín structure, b) and also removes such status for disloyalty to these regulations. c) A subDistributor may be terminated, and their Distributor as well (if both remain integrated despite proven disloyalty of the subDistributor toward the company or another Distributor).
RULE 2. The Distributor chooses their subDistributors and a) registers them with the company if loyalty, life principles, or service are aligned with these regulations, or b) deregisters them in case of disloyalty. c) The Distributor does not change retail prices nor the price established for subDistributors, d) and shipping costs are covered by the Distributor (as long as there is a minimum of 36 units; otherwise, the subDistributor will pay for shipping).
RULE 3. The subDistributor does not change Distributor, a) out of respect for due loyalty (they were properly selected and trained for their activity in their locality or neighborhood). b) A change of Distributor is only permitted if the Distributor fails to meet the life and service principles stated in these regulations, or c) repeatedly fails to supply products in a timely and proper manner.
RULE 4. A subDistributor without a Distributor, due to purchasing directly from the company, a) may choose a Distributor at any time if accepted by them, since no one has previously selected them. b) Alternatively, the company may assign them to a Distributor, and c) in such case, loyalty will be closely monitored, under the condition of termination as a subDistributor in case of disloyalty.
RULE 5. A Consumer may become a subDistributor of a) a Distributor if the consumer shares principles with the Distributor and the company, and b) genuinely fulfills the activity by distributing. c) Otherwise, it will be ensured that they are not a subDistributor of another Distributor or the company, nor a Distributor; they will only be recognized as a Consumer.
RULE 6. Consumer complaints, a) due to poor service received, b) biased guidance regarding product use, or c) mistreatment or negligence, will be grounds for termination as a subDistributor, d) if such complaints are recurrent and verified.
RULE 7. The Distributor or the company will receive complaints, and a) will determine the registration or termination of any subDistributor for any proven violation of these regulations.
