Distributor Loyalty Regulations

Origin. a) The BIOTIQUÍN STRUCTURE built by JAGU & FAM SRL DE CV (the company), extends to Distributors and subDistributors the privilege of generating “Principles of Prosperous Living and Service Philosophy”, b) by promoting products and clear/truthful words in social interaction across the national geography. c) Loyalty applies to the BIOTIQUÍN STRUCTURE by attending its semiannual and inter-semester conferences, d) getting involved in conferences as organizers and/or speakers. e) The privilege of belonging to the BIOTIQUÍN STRUCTURE may be lost after first losing loyalty, life principles, or service. f) Guidelines are established with regulations to organize the gathering of people within the BIOTIQUÍN STRUCTURE, and the present regulation is established.

RULE 1. The company establishes the regulation, a) chooses and grants the privilege of being admitted as a Distributor and subDistributor, being part of the BIOTIQUÍN STRUCTURE, b) and also terminates them, upon disregarding their interactions outside the lines established in this regulation.

RULE 2. The Distributor chooses their subDistributors, a) and terminates them before the company if loyalty, life principles, or service are outside the line established in this regulation.

RULE 3. The subDistributor changes Distributor, a) if the latter does not comply with the life principles and service stated in this regulation, or b) if they do not provide products in a timely and proper manner, repeatedly.

RULE 4. The subDistributor without a Distributor yet, a) by purchasing directly from the company, may choose their Distributor at any time, if accepted, since no one has chosen them. b) Or, the company assigns them to a Distributor, in which case loyalty will be carefully observed, under the condition of losing the subDistribution.

RULE 5. The Consumer accepted as a Distributor or subDistributor, a) if they have values and principles in common with the BIOTIQUÍN structure. And b) if they actually fulfill their activity as such, distributing.

RULE 6. Consumer complaints due to poor service received, a) due to biased guidance on product use, mistreatment, or negligence, will be grounds for losing Distribution or subDistribution, b) if such complaints are recurrent and verified.

RULE 7. The company will receive complaints, and a) will determine to admit or terminate any Distributor or subDistributor who fails to comply with any breach of this regulation.
